Mainly dealing with women young contemporary lines, MAZIK has provided higher level of design & quality, trying to open up and provide our customers with more tools to communicate through online wholesale as well as retail market.
Return Policy
For ALL return request or missing item(s) please contact our customer service email cs.mazikllc@gmail.com for further assistance. For ALL MISSING ITEM(S) we have a 7 day return policy. Meaning, you will have 7 business days after your items have been delivered to request ANY missing pieces or returns as well. Return Labels will be voided if the return is not shipped to us within 7 days. A restocking fee of up to 25% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on items out of their original packaging or any items that were damaged while being shipped to us for improper packing. Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, customers must contact us as soon as possible. If the shipment has not been sent for delivery a full refund will be issued. Please note that credit card transactions take typically 3 to 5 business days to show on your account. All sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five days after receipt of goods.
